Group Classes: Group classes are a wonderful way to learn the foundations of yoga and principles of yoga therapy in a small group setting. Learn how to reduce your stress and pain by gaining an understanding of how your body works and what it needs.

Workshops: Workshops provide an opportunity to dig a little deeper into a particular topic or area of exploration. These are longer classes that focus on both education and experiential practice.
