These workshops are great for large groups, small teams and executives. Workshops are a great way to start the day, take a break mid-day or wrap up a busy day. Workshops are also a great addition to a conference and demonstrate your commitment to workplace wellness.
Breathing for Stress + Anxiety: In this workshop you learn optimal breathing techniques and practices to relax the body and mind, support the immune system, and improve sleep, memory and energy levels. You will understand how disordered breathing patterns lead to stress and anxiety.
Yoga Rehab for Hips + Back: In this workshop you will learn gentle movements to help improve the mobility and stability of the hips. When we improve how our hips function core stability arises and this can impact low back pain, and pain in the knees, ankles and feet.
Yoga Rehab for Shoulders + Neck: In this workshop you will learn gentle movements to help improve the mobility and stability of the shoulder girdle. When we improve the function of our shoulders and shoulder blades it can reduce pain and tension in the neck, arms, wrists and back.
The skills taught in these workshops can be practiced at home or at your desk. They are easy to apply and bring big results quickly without having to use a lot of energy or time.

Stretch session – perfect for conferences. A mini 25-30 minute breathe and stretch session
