Semi-Private Yoga Therapy Classes

Cost: $175 + hst.

In this 6 week program will you will receive a customized yoga therapy program specific to your needs and goals. Whether your goal is to get out of pain, move better, get stronger, manage stress or develop a deep sense ease, I will help guide you through your program so you can begin to master the skills you learn. Subsequent sessions are opportunities to advance your program and continue to grow.

The class size will be small to ensure that each person gets one-on-one guidance. Upon learning a new skill you will begin to self-guide your practice so that  you will be able to practice it independently.

Upon registration you will receive a health history form and body diagram that you are asked to fill out and return 4 days prior to the beginning of the session.

I will keep a waitlist for individuals who do not make it into this session. Participants from the first session will have priority for registering in subsequent sessions. If you don’t renew at the end of your session you lose your place.

Disclaimer: Classes start promptly. There will be no make-up sessions if you miss a class. If for some reason I need to reschedule a session, you will be notified by e-mail.  Payment can be made by e-transfer to lindsay@lindsaykeefeyoga.ca upon acceptance into the program or by credit card at the first class.

Bonus: Participants will also receive a 10% discount on private yoga therapy sessions with me at Living Waters Therapies which is valid for up to 3 months from your first session.


The following programs can be for individuals or small groups. All programs are customizable so we can collaborate on the topic or theme and time frame that supports you. Below are some examples:

Yoga Foundations: In this package you will learn the foundations of yoga practice.  Learn the functional breakdown of classic yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), guided relaxation and yoga philosophy. This is ideal for beginners who want an understanding of what yoga is really all about and want a firm foundation in which to start your practice.

Time Frame: 1-2 classes per week for 12 weeks.

Intro to Meditation: In this package you will learn how to meditate. You will learn the science behind meditation, preparatory practice for meditation, how to make your meditation practice sustainable.

Time Frame: 1 class per week for 12 weeks. Plus, unlimited support.

Yoga for Stress Management: Chronic stress plays a very significant and harmful role in our health. Daily stressors have become so familiar and normalized that many of us don’t even realize our bodies are stressed out.  In this package you will engage in deep relaxation techniques including Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga postures. I will help you identify sources of stress and provide insight into how you can address these stressors in your daily life.

Time Frame: 1 class per week for 24 weeks
