Almost any yoga practice has the potential to help you feel and look great. Unfortunately, all too often, pain still exists in our yoga practice. Yoga for Pain is a therapeutic approach that shifts the perspective to a pain free practice. In this approach I assess how you move and then teach you how to move without pain. Unlike a regular yoga class Yoga for Pain uses specific skills/tools to resolve the problem.
Yoga Rehab workshops are small group classes that introduce you to rehabilitative principles of movement to improve day-to-day function, strength, stability and balance.
What to expect in a custom class:
Each session is 60 minutes
One-on-one private class
Utilize a variety of props such as blocks, straps and blankets.
