Group Yoga Classes
Small group yoga classes are slow paced and gentle, intentionally designed for any age and ability. We explore movement and breath in ways that reveal your unique movement patterns and learn to move in ways that use your energy more efficiently. Mindful movement creates more ease as we improve mobility, stability and strength.

Discover the subtle, nuanced elements of yoga through mindful movement and breath rooted in my therapeutic yoga principles of movement. Expect slow placed, gentle, do-able movement explorations for stress relief, pain care, improved mobility and flexibility. Appropriate for all ages. No experience required.

A sound bath intentionally creates an environment that helps to recalibrate our inner experience which gets expressed as deep relaxation and ease. Pairing this with restorative yoga, the physical body gets fully supported so that the nervous system can experience safety and ease. The combination elevates the experience by providing an opportunity for stressors to fall away, to unwind, get grounded, release energetic blockages and feel deeply relaxed.
This class is taught by myself and sound therapy practicitioner Nicole Manes. Participants will receive a recording of the class. No experience is required. All ages and ability levels welcome.
