Small group classes are slow paced and gentle, intentionally designed for any age and ability. We explore movement and breath in ways that reveal your unique movement patterns and learn to move in ways that use your energy more efficiently. Mindful movement creates more ease as we improve mobility, stability and strength.

At Home Therapeutic Yoga Group Class - $20

Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:00pm EST

Thursdays 8:30pm-9:30pm EST

This is a small group, online class that takes place via Zoom. We will explore gentle movements to help unwind stress and cultivate ease and relaxation. We move at a slow pace in order to develop a deeper understanding of the various relationships between our body, mind, and breath. No prior yoga experience required.

 Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath - $22

The combination of therapeutic practices and restorative poses paired with the healing vibrations and sounds of crystal bowls and chimes up-levels your healing experience. This fully embodied class leaves you feeling rested, grounded and supported from the inside out as you go into the week ahead. This class is taught by myself and sound therapy practicitioner Nicole Manes. Participants will receive a recording of the class. No experience is required. All ages and ability levels welcome.
