Online Gentle Yoga Class - $12 (NEW PRICE!)

This is a small group, online class that takes place via Zoom. We will explore gentle movements to help unwind stress and cultivate ease and relaxation. We move at a slow pace in order to develop a deeper understanding of the various relationships between our body, mind, and breath. No prior yoga experience required.

A sound bath intentionally creates an environment that helps to recalibrate our inner experience which gets expressed as deep relaxation and ease. Pairing this with restorative yoga, the physical body gets fully supported so that the nervous system can experience safety and ease. The combination elevates the experience by providing an opportunity for stressors to fall away, to unwind, get grounded, release energetic blockages and feel deeply relaxed.
This class is taught by myself and sound therapy practicitioner Nicole Manes. Participants will receive a recording of the class. No experience is required. All ages and ability levels welcome.

Not my typical class as I focus more on stretching. Experience calm and relaxation with this hour long class that takes you through some gentle yoga stretches and hip mobility practices. It's the perfect way to feel more grounded and supported during the pandemic.

Enjoy 3 separate yoga practices you can do at home.
1) Roll: Myofascial release with a ball and a wall. 20 minutes.
2) Resist: Gentle strength and stretch with a resistance band. 10 minutes.
3) Move: Gentle guided yoga movement practice to stretch and unwind. 20 minutes.
