Yoga Rehab

Everyone’s healing journey is unique to the person on it. There is no one-size-fits all when it comes to rehabilitation and getting out of pain. This is why one-on-one programs are so successful in helping people get out of pain and back to the activities they love. For those of you who are not quite ready for that step I have taken my Yoga Rehab workshops and developed them into online programs that you can explore at your own pace. In each program you will get video practices where you will learn my principles of yoga therapy, explore movement to discover what works and doesn’t work for your body and get an in-depth self-assessment package.

 

 Yoga Rehab for Back Pain - $97 ($160 value)

Yoga therapy for chronic back pain and hip pain

Total program time: 3.5hrs

This is a fun self-guided program that will educate and guide you to explore your relationship to your pelvic floor through gentle movement and awareness building exercises. A healthy functioning pelvic floor can improve your self-esteem, sense of connection and confidence.

Pelvic Floor dysfunction could be at the root of symptoms that appear to have no cause – such as back and hip pain, jaw pain, and breathing issues. Pelvic Issues like incontinence is not only uncomfortable and potentially embarrassing, it also limits your quality of life. While it is common, it is not normal and can be resolved. This program also offers guidance for issues like diastasis recti, prolapse, and pelvic pain. Learn to improve the relationships between how your parts function so you can get back to the activities you love with more ease and confidence.

on demand yoga for core strength, core flexibility, balance, and athletic performance

Core exercise is ubiquitous with strength, flat bellies and improvement of back pain. While I can't promise any of these things from generic core workouts, what I can offer you is over 9 hours of practices that will guide you to choose what works for you based on what you feel and experience. Together we are going to take core to a whole new level.

This program is developed from my 30 Day Connect to Your Core Challenge. You get all the videos, assessment and more built into a program you can explore at your own pace. 

Abiding by the principles of yoga therapy – think gentle and accessible (but not always easy) you will get 30 days of practices to help you develop a strong, stable, responsive core. Each practice is 5-10 minutes and at the end of each week I have combined them into a full class for you. Whether you do a practice a day, or combine a couple is totally up to you!
