Core exercise is ubiquitous with strength, flat bellies and improvement of back pain. While I can't promise any of these things from generic core workouts, what I can offer you is daily practices that will guide you to choose what works for you based on what you feel and experience. Together we are going to take core to a whole new level.
Abiding by the principles of yoga therapy – think gentle and accessible (but not always easy) you will get 30 days of practices to help you develop a strong, stable, responsive core. Each practice is 5-10 minutes and at the end of each week I have combined them into a full class for you. Whether you do a practice a day, or combine a couple is totally up to you!
